Summit Players Theatre's highly-popular Shakespeare in the Parks program returns in 2021 with a brand-new production of Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale. We're excited to welcome this fabulous theatre troupe once again in Three Bridges Park along the Hank Aaron State Trail near 33rd Ct (south side of the river). Come and enjoy Shakespeare in this beautiful natural setting in the Menomonee River Valley!

To fully enjoy the show, we recommend, bringing a blanket and/or a chair, and a picnic dinner.

5:30pm: Workshop - Before each show, the Summit Players offer a free, 45-minute educational workshop entitled "Inside Shakespeare's Story: The Winter's Tale." Workshops are focused on taking a closer look at Shakespeare's play and learning how he used nature language, poetic writing and relatable themes to craft a story we're still telling today. All shows are presented free of charge. Seating is general admission on a first come, first served basis. Actors will accept donations at the end of the show.
