The Friends of Hank Aaron State Trail is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to developing, promoting, and maintaining the Trail for current and future generations.

$75 towards the art maintenance fund
$100 pays for a wayfinding sign for the Trail
$150 sends one child from a local neighborhood to attend 2 weeks of Bike Adventure Camp
$450 sends three children from a local neighborhood to attend 2 weeks of Bike Adventure Camp
$3,000 sponsors a full two-week Bike Adventure Camp at a school along the Trail

Sponsor a Bench or Picnic Table Along the Trail
Applications are now being accepted for bench and picnic table sponsorship for the 2022 season! The cost for bench sponsorship is $2500, and $3000 for picnic table sponsorship. This includes the purchase of a bench or table, plaque, installation, and 10 years of maintenance. There are numerous options available in the DNR’s plan for locations of benches and tables on the trail. Applications for 2022 installations will be received through April 1, 2022. Angela is also the contact for sponsoring a bench at Lakeshore State Park.
