This one-day volunteer planting event for the Hank Aaron State Trail gives you the opportunity to work alongside Wisconsin DNR staff planting 90 trees and 108 shrubs on the State Trail! The planting will take place on the portion of the State Trail that sits between the streets of S 70th and S 60th, going along W. Dickinson St.
There is the option to volunteer your time to either of the two shifts, but if you want to make a day out of planting even more trees and working with some very cool DNR staff, then please sign-up for both shifts! Your help will always be appreciated! If you have work gloves and shovels to bring, awesome! We will also have some available to borrow.
